"I found the hotel very warm and welcoming and the staff extremely friendly. The taxi we reserved was late but I am sure was no fault of the reception staff but the taxi company. Indeed the porter came out and hailed a passing taxi for us which more than rectified this situation. I have recommended the Hotel to friends and will certainly be returning myself in the future."
